2. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–7 business days post-dispatch.

  • Other Locations: 4–10 business days post-dispatch.

3. Shipping Fee

  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may apply for promotional offers or minimum order value, as mentioned on the website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS to monitor your order’s progress.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners usually make up to 2 delivery attempts.

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate and accessible to avoid delivery issues.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated non-availability, reshipping costs may apply.

7. Damage or Shortage Claims

  • Any damage, tampering, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and/or an unboxing video as proof.

  • Eligible claims will be resolved through replacement or refund, as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
