Returns & Refunds Policy

At Apna Gems Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.

2. Eligible Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.

  • Returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Customised or personalised products.

  • Consumable items.

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.

3. Return Process

  • Email us at apnagemsshop@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos.

  • Our support team will review and confirm eligibility.

  • If approved, we will share return instructions or arrange pickup (where applicable).

  • Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll process a replacement or refund as per eligibility.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or as store credit, if chosen).

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality check.

  • Bank posting times may vary depending on your provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: Apna Gems Shop will bear the return shipping cost.

  • Remorse Returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered): Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
