Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.
2. Eligible Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Not Eligible for Return:

Customised or personalised products.

Consumable items.

Items marked as Final Sale.

Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
3. Return Process

Email us at apnagemsshop@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos.

Our support team will review and confirm eligibility.

If approved, we will share return instructions or arrange pickup (where applicable).

Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll process a replacement or refund as per eligibility.
4. Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or as store credit, if chosen).

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality check.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products: Apna Gems Shop will bear the return shipping cost.

Remorse Returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered): Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
